Research Innovation Fund
In its fourth year, ISH will be supporting seven Research Innovation Fund projects that include 12 researchers representing seven academic disciplines. In alignment with the larger goal of BKI to produce research that has real-world, positive impact, many of the ISH projects focus on compassion-driven mitigation strategies to address hate and inculcate a kinder world.
Research on Islamophobia, Anti-Arab Hate, and Antisemitism
ISH has awarded a total of five grants to 12 researchers representing six disciplines to study the history and alarming rise of antisemitism and Islamophobia, anti-Arab hate, and antisemitism in this country and around the world. The Islamophobia research hub is housed in ISH, while the antisemitism hub, which is supported by the Pritzker Foundation, is a collaboration between ISH and the Alan D. Leve Center for Jewish Studies.
